Golden Optics is an eyewear brand based in Punjab, Pakistan, offering eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories through our online store and physical location.
3. Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes — actual colors and finishes may vary slightly.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan
- Online Payment — via debit/credit card or bank transfer
Full payment must be received before your order is dispatched for online payments. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan only. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. Golden Optics is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only — no cash refunds. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Prescription lenses and contact lenses are not eligible for exchange once dispensed
- Items purchased during sale or promotions may not be eligible for exchange

8. Prescription Eyewear
Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription details. Golden Optics will not be liable for any discomfort, vision issues, or errors resulting from an incorrect prescription supplied by the customer. We recommend getting a professional eye test before ordering prescription lenses.
9. In-Store Purchases
For purchases made at our physical store, all sales are considered final unless the item is found to be defective. Exchange requests for in-store purchases are subject to the same conditions outlined in Section 7.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Golden Optics website — including logo, images, text, and design — is the property of Golden Optics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Golden Optics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
